The OFSAA Alumni Scholarship provides at least $500 to eligible student-athletes from six school associations in 2026–27. Applicants must have participated in school sport throughout high school and attend a Canadian postsecondary institution. Applications are accepted after January 1, 2027.

- Student-athletes must attend a member school in one of the six eligible 2026–27 associations: CISAA, COSSA, GHAC, NCSSAA, NWOSSAA or TDCAA.
- Participate in school sport throughout high school and in other school and community activities.
- Attend a Canadian postsecondary institution and have an academic average of at least 80%.
- Applications are accepted after January 1, 2027 and must be submitted by April 30, 2027.
- Complete the application form and attach a one-page essay explaining the personal value of school sport.
- Include a recommendation letter from a teacher or teacher-coach at your high school.
- Follow the current OFSAA page for the 2027 form; its form label had no download link when checked. Incomplete or improperly completed applications will not be considered.
The Alumni Selection Committee reviews eligible applications and selects recipients by the middle of June. Selection considers school sport participation, other school and community activities, academic average, the essay and the recommendation letter.
Recipients receive a small plaque and a scholarship cheque of at least $500. OFSAA profiles recipients in its Bulletin, on its website and on its social media channels.
