Open to legal residents of Canada aged 16 or older who are current or recent (within the past 12 months) students at a Canadian high school, college, university or CEGEP; students accepted to an accredited Canadian college or university; or their parents or guardians. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you need permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by the rules.
